Cabarete Windsurfing

Called by the British Magazine Boards one of the top ten windsurfing beaches in the world, Cabarete has hosted five Professional Windsurfing Association World Cup and has an amateur windsurfing competition every June that attracts about 2,000 people.

You will find on the beach several windsurfing centers which will rent you equipment and offer instructions by experts. So whether you already are an expert or just want to have fun, Cabarete is the right place!

Only 45 minutes east of Orilla del Mar, take the challenge and play PLAYA GRANDE, the internationally acclaimed 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Elected one of the 10 most beautiful golf courses in the world, PLAYA GRANDE features 12 holes on the Atlantic Ocean.
