Our new Pavilion marks the beginning of the rebirth of Orilla del Mar. The old rotting wood framed building with asbestos roof has now been replaced with an entirely new structure, complete with reinforced concrete foundations, columns and beams. The roof is constructed of all natural wood beams and joists, covered with a stunning cana roof. At night, the romantic lighting becons all owners to dine or relax by the pool and enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes.

The entire lobby area is now completely roofed with beautiful tropical cana as seen in these photos.
The days of looking at the old abandoned stage next to the pool are gone. The stage has been removed. This greatly expands the usable deck space alongside the pool.
